DRAMA CLUB is where the musical goes next. Founded by Tony-nominated, Lortel-winning producers Shannon Morrison and Scott Ihrig, Drama Club discovers, develops, and produces the next generation of American musicals. Its writer-first ecosystem supports artists from first draft to first preview through residencies, workshops, productions, and commercial producing. Since 2024, Drama Club has helped accelerate more than 100 new musicals toward stages across the country. MAS+ THEATRICALS is a production company dedicated to producing, developing, and expanding opportunities across the entertainment industry. THE FAMILIA is an organization founded by Mexican artists Jaime Lozano and Florencia Cuenca, dedicated to fostering community, access, and artistic opportunities for Latine and immigrant artists and audiences. Born from Jaime and Florencia’s own experiences as Mexican immigrant artists building lives and careers in New York City, The Familia is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: we are stronger when we build together, and no one should have to navigate the arts alone. The Familia creates spaces where artists can connect, collaborate, develop their work, share their stories, and find a sense of belonging. Through concerts, artistic development, community gatherings, conversations, competitions, mentorship, audience engagement, and access initiatives, The Familia works to open doors that have traditionally been difficult for immigrant and Latine artists to enter.

GEORGIE CASTILLA is a playwright, lyricist, stage director, and historical costume designer. His writing credits include The Innerwild Fables, Of Nuns and Noble Ladies, Late Bloomer (with Jaime Lozano), and all three volumes of Jaime Lozano’s Songs by an Immigrant. He is a member of ASCAP and serves as Regional Director for Global Mosaic Foundation. He is also an Austen scholar.
